RoadLites at 2026 Women In Trucking Accelerate! in Dallas: Our First Visit, a Memorable Experience

Our first time attending the Women In Trucking Accelerate! Conference & Expo in Dallas was one to remember. From the conversations at our RoadLites booth to the connections we made throughout the event, we left feeling grateful, inspired, and excited for what’s ahead.

As a family-run business working in the trucking industry, getting to meet the people behind the fleets, businesses, and miles means a lot to us. Dallas gave us the opportunity to do exactly that.

A Great First Experience for RoadLites

We were proud to bring RoadLites to an event that celebrates women’s contributions to transportation.

Being surrounded by women who drive trucks, manage fleets, run companies, oversee safety, and keep freight moving made this conference especially meaningful. Everyone brought a different perspective, and we appreciated the chance to listen, share our story, and introduce our products.

For our first Accelerate! experience, we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome.

The RoadLites Booth Was a Highlight

Our booth was one of our favorite parts of the conference. There’s something special about bringing products off the screen and giving people the opportunity to see them up close.

We enjoyed introducing attendees to RoadLites LED lighting for trucks and trailers, answering questions, and talking about the everyday situations where visibility matters—from busy yards to loading docks and nighttime operations.

Those conversations are valuable to us. Hearing directly from drivers, fleet owners, and safety professionals helps us understand what people are looking for and how we can better explain the products we offer.

To everyone who stopped by, took a closer look, or spent a few minutes getting to know us: thank you. You made our first booth experience at Accelerate! a memorable one.

Celebrating the Women Who Move This Industry

Beyond the booth, the conference was a reminder of the talent, determination, and experience women bring to trucking.

It was inspiring to connect with women building businesses, leading teams, and sharing what they’ve learned along the way. We also loved being there with family and having the opportunity to support our friend Marina of Apex Transit as she spoke at the conference.

These moments made the trip about more than exhibiting. They made it an opportunity to celebrate the people and relationships that make this industry feel like a community.

Bringing Fresh Energy Home from Dallas

We came home with new connections, meaningful feedback, and fresh motivation to keep growing RoadLites.

Our focus remains on helping truck and trailer owners find lighting that fits their equipment and visibility needs. Getting to have those conversations in person reminded us why we enjoy this work so much.

Thank You, Women In Trucking

Thank you to the Women In Trucking community, the event organizers, and everyone who made time to visit RoadLites.

Our first Accelerate! Conference & Expo gave us plenty to remember—and plenty to build on.
