RoadLites Warranty

RoadLites™ stands behind the quality of the commercial vehicle lighting products we sell. RoadLites products are covered by a one-year (12-month) limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal operation of the product during the warranty period.

Products must be properly installed and used in accordance with their intended automotive or commercial-vehicle application.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper installation or wiring
  • Misuse, abuse, or use outside the product's intended application
  • Accidents, collisions, impact, or physical damage
  • Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair
  • Improper electrical connections or incompatible components
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by external conditions rather than a defect in materials or workmanship

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Contact RoadLites at info@roadlites.com and provide:

  • Your RoadLites order number or other proof of purchase
  • Product model or part number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the reported defect when applicable

RoadLites may request additional information or require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a warranty claim.

Warranty Resolution

If RoadLites determines that a product has a defect covered by this warranty, RoadLites will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

A repaired or replacement product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Manufacturer Warranty

Certain products sold by RoadLites are manufactured by HORPOL. HORPOL provides a separate manufacturer's warranty subject to its own terms, conditions, and claim requirements. The RoadLites 1-Year Limited Warranty described here is provided by RoadLites to its customers and is separate from any manufacturer's warranty that may apply.

Additional Rights

This limited warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have additional rights under applicable state, provincial, or other consumer-protection laws.
